Description

 Mice heterozygous for Nf1tm1Tyj were crossed with Trp53tm1Tyj heterozygotes to generate mice carrying both mutations on the same copy of chromosome 11 ("cis"). These "NPcis" mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6J.
